Coca-Cola, a global beverage leader, sought to enhance its understanding of production and sales volume across its worldwide network of bottling partners. Bain & Company, a strategic consulting firm, was engaged to develop a comprehensive strategy for this initiative. Our challenge at Umbrage was to transform this complex strategy into a user-friendly digital interface, enabling Coca-Cola's decision-makers to gain real-time insights into production and sales data, along with the myriad factors influencing performance in each region.

  • Extensive user research:
    • Conducted in-depth interviews with bottling plant managers across various global regions, gathering crucial insights into operational challenges, data management practices, and regional nuances.
    • Collaborated with country-level volume and revenue analysts to understand their data needs, reporting workflows, and the specific factors influencing their markets.
